I have been a loyal customer of Excel Education for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-8749-NZE-8434) on July 1, 1992, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
