I am writing regarding order #ORD-7126-USY-3734 placed with Fresh Shop on May 8, 2006. I paid $115.65 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Norris P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
