I want to report a serious concern with CyberChip Studios's appliance that I purchased on September 17, 1971 from your Donnellyport, Oklahoma store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaia V., but my issue remains unresolved.
