I have been a loyal customer of The Direct Supply Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8697-ZFZ-3518) on July 18, 1972, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
