I purchased a plan from The Direct Supply Enterprises on January 29, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Caleb C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
