I purchased a solution from Cyber-Logic Enterprises on August 31, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cleta A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
