I have been a loyal customer of Finds & Exchange for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2346-EPS-3850) on August 29, 1990, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
