Quality issues with Dining Treats product

On March 26, 1978, I signed up for Dining Treats's premium plan at their Lake Wiley, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $241.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Florencio H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
