Overcharged by Web Nexus for service

On February 12, 2007, I signed up for Web Nexus's premium plan at their Friesenburgh, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $431.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, June Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
