Space Associates Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2250-ZRQ-8877 placed with Space Associates Corp. on June 14, 2017. I paid $709.85 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lonnie S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
