I purchased a tool from AppMeta Kitakyushu on April 2, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Robyn L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
