False promises made by Homes Management representative

On July 5, 2006, I signed up for Homes Management's maintenance program at their South Garrisonshire, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $902.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Norberto I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
