Frustrated with Best Trade Spot's lack of response

On March 1, 1998, I signed up for Best Trade Spot's troubleshooting service at their Sashastad, Utah location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $829.64, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Janie I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
