Refund refused by Natural Gastro Specialties LLC

On May 5, 2009, I signed up for Natural Gastro Specialties LLC's premium plan at their Davisburgh, New York location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $528.58, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Weston B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
