I want to report a serious concern with Premier Solicitor Offices's service that I purchased on February 22, 1989 from your Port Jena, Washington store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rudolph B., but my issue remains unresolved.
