I have been a loyal customer of EliteLearning for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-2930-LCM-7658) on September 19, 1980, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
