I am writing regarding order #ORD-8936-CMH-7521 placed with The Homemade Eats Harbin Holdings on April 14, 1974. I paid $704.0 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alf U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
