Refund refused by The Homemade Eats Harbin Holdings

On June 23, 2019, I signed up for The Homemade Eats Harbin Holdings's training session at their East Ernestineton, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $935.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raoul U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
