Billing dispute with Excel Center

On October 20, 2010, I signed up for Excel Center's warranty service at their Tremayneburgh, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $42.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erika D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
