Warranty claim denied by Mart & Plus Holdings

On August 29, 1992, I signed up for Mart & Plus Holdings's upgrade service at their West Arthur, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $367.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jimmy N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
