I am writing regarding order #ORD-3420-KXQ-5392 placed with Mart & Plus Holdings on June 6, 2008. I paid $511.8 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Delphia K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
