Overcharged by Mart & Plus Holdings for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5302-HLP-1529 placed with Mart & Plus Holdings on October 1, 2010. I paid $316.63 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erick Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
