I am writing regarding order #ORD-8403-BBS-9509 placed with KnowledgeLab Turin on May 10, 2016. I paid $402.43 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Estell X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
