Refund refused by Campus of Training Inc.

On April 6, 1979, I signed up for Campus of Training Inc.'s repair service at their Port Keltonburgh, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $496.0, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abdul T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
