Legal Associates of Strategic International refused to address issue

On February 13, 1979, I signed up for Legal Associates of Strategic International's repair service at their Avismouth, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $888.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shad J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
