Overcharged by The Elite School for service

On September 23, 2015, I signed up for The Elite School's technical assistance at their Jazlynport, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $121.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mitchell V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
