Warranty claim denied by Goods Plus Campinas

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1515-VKW-1752 placed with Goods Plus Campinas on July 1, 1990. I paid $966.35 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lane L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
