Warranty claim denied by Goods Plus Campinas

On December 8, 2005, I signed up for Goods Plus Campinas's setup assistance at their Lake Lilliantown, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $894.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lempi B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
