I purchased a system from Best Market on January 24, 2019. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Armando K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
