Well Living failed to honor their commitment

On May 11, 2001, I signed up for Well Living's setup assistance at their North Natalia, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $829.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eldora E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
