Billing dispute with The True Spot

On July 28, 2000, I signed up for The True Spot's support package at their North Bettye, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $695.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonie I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
