False promises made by Select Properties representative

On June 13, 2022, I signed up for Select Properties's maintenance program at their West Norberto, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $938.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nakia C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
