I have been a loyal customer of TechMeta Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-1281-QDJ-1998) on March 11, 1986, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
