Warranty claim denied by Emporium Co

On March 21, 1980, I signed up for Emporium Co's training session at their New Ceasarport, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $936.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Johnny D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
