Billing dispute with CyberEdge Brasilia

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2516-WJD-9807 placed with CyberEdge Brasilia on September 6, 1995. I paid $319.61 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Glenda K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
