Billing dispute with Space of Elite San Jose

On May 27, 1993, I signed up for Space of Elite San Jose's maintenance program at their Port Johannastad, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $308.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mustafa W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
