Misleading advertising by Practice Team of Professional

On February 18, 1979, I signed up for Practice Team of Professional's return process at their East Robertaton, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $989.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Albin G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
