I want to report a serious concern with Law & Associates Corp.'s equipment that I purchased on March 2, 2019 from your Wilfordberg, District of Columbia store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Curtis X., but my issue remains unresolved.
