Poor customer service experience with Diagnostic Partners

On June 1, 2023, I signed up for Diagnostic Partners's training session at their East Marlenestad, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $312.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mable U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
