I purchased a gadget from The Quality Fare on April 20, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jerrod V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
