On June 18, 1977, I signed up for CyberWave Dynamics's return process at their Schroederport, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $328.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leland F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
