I purchased a gadget from The United Care Alliance International on September 10, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marian O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
