Unsatisfactory resolution from Shop & Exchange

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7203-EKA-7059 placed with Shop & Exchange on July 7, 2006. I paid $271.75 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dalton U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
