Overcharged by Estates of Prime for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5891-VIT-3008 placed with Estates of Prime on July 1, 1993. I paid $550.38 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Armando L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
