Frustrated with Authentic Table Holdings's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6455-UDI-8033 placed with Authentic Table Holdings on August 4, 2001. I paid $888.97 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Della Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
