Poor customer service experience with Authentic Table Holdings

I purchased a system from Authentic Table Holdings on May 1, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lafayette P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
