Frustrated with Elite Investments's lack of response

On June 29, 1993, I signed up for Elite Investments's maintenance program at their Kihnville, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $119.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jade G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
