I have been a loyal customer of Best Supply Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-6322-PKH-5407) on August 11, 1995, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
