Billing dispute with Wisdom Success Center

On February 17, 2010, I signed up for Wisdom Success Center's warranty service at their Jerdestad, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $154.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Moriah Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
