I purchased a device from Premium Meals on February 25, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mozelle U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
